Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in. Directions to the house will be included in the arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.

Property Access

  • All guests must use the North Gate for access. Directions to the house will be provided in the arrival packet from the gate.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by the Host (property manager); otherwise, entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - FIRM:
    • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
    • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
    • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet policy: This home is pet friendly. Two well-trained and mature dogs are allowed for an additional pet rent of $25 per night, per dog. (No exceptions.)
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person must sign the agreement and be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25 per night, per dog (maximum 2 dogs, well-trained and mature, no exceptions).
  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee.
  • Spa and massage services are available for an additional charge.
  • Ascent Wellness & Fitness center classes are available for a per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.

Parking Information

  • There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. There is room for one vehicle to be parked inside the garage.

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Construction Notice

  • Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice:
    • BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction.
    • Construction noise may be audible from the home.
    • Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm.
    • Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week.
    • New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction.
    • Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
